  4. Full DPDP Consulting

    Make the changes, then assess the results

    2 to 3 months after assessment, then final assessment

    • Train the privacy lead and agree any interim Data Protection Officer support in scope.

Yes. You can use the plan to assign tasks to your staff and existing advisers. Choose implementation support for the tasks where you need MBS help.
Bring its findings, the system list and your existing documents. We review their coverage and age, then agree which work can be reused.
Yes. Agree that scope before starting. The plan records the work still to do, so you can decide how to fund and deliver it.
We provide a private quote for the systems, documents and delivery stages in scope. The proposal names your team’s tasks and any separate software or supplier fees.
Include someone who can approve the plan, plus the legal and system owners. Bring operations and vendor owners for the tasks they will carry out.
